It's not easy being green

I know what you're thinking but just STOP IT and hear me out because I thought the same thing!! Alright I'll say it...this is about avocado pudding but STAY WITH ME because this is unbelievable.

Who knew that a little agave nectar and some vanilla could transform an avocado into such a kickin' desert, but it really can!!!




And I realize that you might be wondering if nineteen days on a raw diet has created some kind of brain injury that I would think something this goofy would be good...but I challenge you to make it first, and THEN we can duke it out.



Crazy good Vanilla pudding

1 Large ripe avocado
1 Tbs vanilla
2 tbs raw agave nectar
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
2/3 water
4 large strawberries, sliced or1 mango chopped


Boot up your computer, you're gonna need it
Put that big, bad, scary avocado into a high speed blender
add everything but the fruit
Process until creamy good, then top with fruit
